I kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment with clean dry hair. During your appointment I will ask you questions about previous hair products you have used and colour services you have had done. It is important that you share this information with us, so we can ensure the best results. This will also let us provide the bestproducts suited to your hair to get the best results possible.

Cancellation Policy

All clients will receive a reminder text 48 hours prior to your booked appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please let me know as soon as possible

I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. All clients will require a 50% deposit which is non- refundable

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled service you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee

No Show Policy
Any appointments cancelled on the day or any no shows will be charged 100% service fee
